The Health New England (HNE) Medicare Advantage Plan offers nine different HMO plans and one HMO-POS plan. If you prefer an HMO plan, you can combine any one of our three HMO medical plan options with one of our two prescription drug coverage options (Rx Enhanced or Rx), or you may choose No Rx. If you prefer an HMO-POS plan, you may choose the HNE Medicare Freedom (HMO-POS) plan, which include Rx Enhanced prescription drug coverage.

The Evidence of Coverage (or "EOC") is a comprehensive guide to your health care coverage. It details covered medical care and services, prescription drug coverage (if applicable), and information about your rights and responsibilities. We provide new members with a printed copy of their individiual EOC once they enroll. We send a copy once a year for current members, and copies are also made available upon request by calling Member Services. If you prefer, you may also mail us a written request.
